It looks like Lopez himself recognizes the beauty of L.A. since his latest house is located there.

The star choose a newly constructed estate which is a mansion called La Cañada Flintridge; that definitely sounds nice to us. The mansion is about 15 miles north of downtown Los Angeles.

If you were wondering about the price then we want to warn you that it is as jaw-dropping as the mansion’s pictures. It was sold for $9,365,000 and yes you read that correctly.

If you didn’t already guess through its name, the mansion has a Spanish style. It was designed by famous architect Jay Johnson & Associates.

The mansion takes about 9,300 square feet and it has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also has three powder paths. Impressing.

The surrounding area is 52,000 square feet which is a private space that can be considered a park and is accompanied by a private gate.

The Finish Of The Mansion

The moment you enter the mansion you will find high ceilings with wood beams and oak wood floorboards.

There is also floor-to-ceiling marble and a walnut fireplace. Those who enjoy cooking will find themselves eye to eye with top-of-the-line Miele appliances. The hood is even custom designed and is accompanied by walnut cabinets.

The view in the family bedroom is outstanding since it includes pocket glass doors that open to witness the terrace.

It doesn’t stop here. The primary suite is our next place which also has a high ceiling. There is also a fireplace, lux ensuite bath boasting dual vanities, soaking tub, marble steam shower, and walk-in closet with custom walnut cabinetry.

Lopez surely knows how to party and we can see that in the design of the home’s lower level. The goal of the design is to entertain and it definitely did that with a large family plus game room. The fun doesn’t end here as it also includes a bar, 600-bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar, and home theater.

The Rest Of The House

The outside of the house is just as beautiful as the inside. If you found yourself in the rear yard then you would be lucky enough to see mature trees, rolling lawns, lush foliage, a vegetable garden, and a zero-edge pool with a spa.

If the kitchen inside wasn’t enough then there is also an outdoor kitchen. Looks like Lopez is a dog lover since the estate also features a doggie wash station. You will also find a laundry room for two washers and two dryers, and a three-car garage with storage or workshop space; the choice of how to use it is up to Lopez.

The beautiful estate of La Cañada Flintridge was listed with Gerri Wulff and Liliana Renno of Revive Real Estate. Lopez managed to get the deal through Dan Sanchez of Dilbeck Real Estate who represented him.

Congratulations Lopez!
